1) Pharmacyonhand.com adopts fair business practices when dealing with our consumers. We adhere to the principles of the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
2) Pharmacyonhand.com reserves the right to refuse the sale of any medicine, product or services we deem appropriate.
3) Sale of products and services from pharmacyonhand.com are only available to New Zealand residents. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases from the website.
4) We do not accept liability should we decline an order or fail to supply or deliver on a timely basis due to circumstances beyond our control.
5) Pharmacyonhand.com delivers to customers throughout New Zealand usually in 24 to 48 hours for $5.95. This may exclude some rural addresses.
For large or bulky orders we reserve the right to adjust delivery charges. We will inform you of any extra charges before delivery should they arise.
A signature on delivery of the parcel is usually needed. Please arrange for someone to be home to receive the goods or an alternative e.g work address may be used. You may elect not to receive a signature on delivery by a noting this when placing your order. Pharmacyonhand.com accepts no liability and will make no compensation for delayed or missing goods due to the signature being unattainable or if you choose not to receive one.
Gift boxes are delivered to any residential or office address anywhere in New Zealand usually in 24 to 48 hours (excluding some rural areas) for the following prices:
Christchurch City $5.95 (delivered within 3 hours same day if ordered before 12pm)
Rest of New Zealand $9.95
