You may return any unopened item still in original packaging to pharmacyonhand.com for exchange for another product within 7 days of receipt of your order. (as recorded by the courier).
We do not normally refund items unless they are defective or damaged or have been sent as a result of our error.
Please ensure good for exchange arrive in good condition, as items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged.
We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
